6.6 Switching and Output Considerations

Signal switching and output swings can have a significant if not catastrophic impact on signal integrity and EMI compliance. Routing, SDRAM placement, stack up, and use cases can also attribute to added dynamic switching noise. The concept of dynamic switching noise and induced ground bounce is usually attributed to improper layout and stack up, insufficient decoupling, and improper routing.
