4.5.1 Startup

To start the project, complete the following steps:

  1. Connect to the XDS110ISO-EVM with your PC.
  2. Connect a motor to J10.
  3. Connect a programmable, isolated AC source capable of providing universal AC input up to 750 W to the input terminals (connector J5) of the EVM as shown in Figure 4-5. Set the AC source current limit to 8 A. Do NOT turn the power supply on at this time.
