The boot ROM incorrectly configures GPBMUX2 for peripheral operation instead of XD[31:16]. This issue affects the jump to XINTF x32 boot mode.

Workaround

None. Use "Jump to XINTF x16 boot mode" instead as x32 mode is not supported in this device family.
