Note:

Signals ddr1_odt1 and ddr1_csn1 are not pinned out in AM570x family of devices.

DDR configuration for dual-rank support with twin die configuration is not supported. Therefore, ddr1_odt1 (ball AC17) and ddr1_csn1 (ball AB16) will not be useable for any supported configuration.

GUIDELINES

Do not use a dual-rank topology. Refer to the Data Manual for all supported device configurations.
