Limited GPMC Use Case Supported at 3.3V

DESCRIPTION

Only limited GPMC use cases are supported at 3.3V. When some GPMC use cases are used in 3.3V mode of operation there can be excessive overshoot/undershoot on the IOs when the interface data bus switches concurrently. This can impact the long term reliability of these IOs.

GUIDELINES

Single load GPMC frequency must stay below 66 MHz (reduced from maximum of 88 MHz) at 3.3V. Multi-load GPMC maximum capacitive load must be less than or equal to 10 pF at 3.3V for all frequencies up to 66MHz. To avoid limitations at 3.3V, GPMC can be used at 1.8V.
