VPU: VPU's interrupt is not routed to A53

Details

The Video Accelerator (VPU) interrupt CODEC0_VPU_WAVE512CL is not routed to the A53 core. The VPU interrupt is only routed to DM R5 and MCU R5.

Workaround

A53 needs to poll the VPU state to manage the VPU interrupt.
