When using UniFlash (in both the GUI and CLI), you need to specify the 'COM' port for communicating with your device. In the Linux version, you only need to provide the numerical part of the 'ttyUSBx' string associated with the port for your device. So if you want to connect to ttyUSB2, enter 2 as the COM port value instead of 'ttyUSB2'.
