A.1 2.21-Ω High and 4.75-Ω Low Resistor in Before Gate of the High-Side FET

These resistor values are derived from PMP31202.

The 2.21-Ω resistor is connected to the HO pin and the 4.75-Ω resistor is connected to the HOL pin of the LM5143A-Q1.
