LM27403 内置一个传统电压模式控制回路,其中包含高增益带宽误差放大器和 PWM 输入电压前馈电路,可简化补偿设计并在整个线路电压和负载电流范围内提供出色的瞬态响应。强制 PWM (FPWM) 操作可消除频率变化,最大限度降低敏感 应用中的电磁干扰 (EMI)。开漏电源正常电路提供电源轨排序和故障报告。其他 特性 包括支持自动恢复的可编程系统级热关断、输出电压远程感测、可配置软启动、单调启动至预偏置负载、集成偏置电源低压降 (LDO) 稳压器、外部电源跟踪、通过自定义迟滞精确使能可编程线路欠压锁定 (UVLO) 以及适用于拍频敏感型应用和多稳压器 应用的同步功能。LM27403 采用间距为 0.5mm 的 4mm x 4mm 散热增强型 WQFN-24 封装。
