9.2.2.2.2 PMIC Power Requirement

The VBUS_POWER pin can source up to 3 mA of current and maintain a minimum 4.8 V, 4.95 V typical.
TPD1S514-1 design provides an LDO regulator supplied voltage source which can be used to provide power to a PMIC when its internal battery supplied power is unavailable. When selecting a matching PMIC, ensure its power requirement can be met by the VBUS_POWER pin if designing for this scenario.
