ZHCSH16C November 2017 – August 2019 TPS25820 , TPS25821
PRODUCTION DATA.
The FAULT pin is an open drain output that asserts (active low) after a deglitch time (tDEGA) when device OUT current exceeds its programmed value and/or overtemperature threshold is crossed. The FAULT signal remains asserted until the fault condition is removed for tDEGD. The TPS25820/21 are designed to eliminate false overcurrent fault reporting by using an internal deglitch circuit.
Connect FAULT with a 100-kΩ pull-up resistor to IN. FAULT can be left open or tied to GND when not used.
