7.3.5 Over Voltage Protection

TPS566235 has the over voltage protection function by monitoring the feedback voltage (VFB). When the feedback voltage becomes higher than 125% of VREF, the OVP comparator output goes high and turns off both high-side and low-side MOSFETs after a wait time of 32 µs. This protection is a non-latching operation. The device re-starts switching when the feedback voltage falls below 120% of VREF.
