7.1 Overview

The TPS7B81-Q1 is a 40-V, 150-mA, low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator with ultralow quiescent current. This voltage regulator consumes only 3 µA of quiescent current at light load, and is quite suitable for the automotive always-on application.
