9.2.4 Application Curve

The evaluation module for the TPS7H4001-SP was used to capture a load step response of the device. The testing conditions were:

  • VIN = PVIN = 5 V
  • VOUT = 1 V
  • Load step = 9 A to 18 A
  • Switching frequency = 500 kHz
