10.3.7 VIO Pin

The VIO pin provides the digital IO voltage to match the controller's IO voltage thus avoiding the requirements for an ecternal level shifter. The integrated level shifter supports voltages from 1.7 V to 5.5 V providing the widest range of controller support.
