To simplify design efforts using the TPS54332, the typical designs for common applications are listed in Table 7-1. For designs using ceramic output capacitors, TI recommends proper derating of ceramic output capacitance when doing the stability analysis. This recommendation is because the actual ceramic capacitance drops considerably from the nominal value when the applied voltage increases. Advanced users can refer to the Detailed Design Procedure in the Application and Implementation section for the detailed guidelines, or use the WEBENCH tool.
