所有的擦除由一个到将被擦除的地址范围内的假写入启动。虚拟写入会启动闪存时序发生器和擦除操作。图 7-4展示了擦除周期时序。BUSY 在假写入之后被立即置位并且在整个擦除周期内保持置位。当周期完成时,BUSY,MERAS 和 ERASE 被自动清除。擦除周期时序不依赖于器件上的闪存量。所有 MSP430F2xx 和 MSP430G2xx 器件的擦除周期时间都相同。
对不在要擦除范围内的地址进行虚拟写入不会启动擦除周期,不会影响闪存,也不会以任何方式进行标记。该错误的虚拟写入会被忽略。
