表 3-3 和表 3-4 展示了 HDC3020 指板的查找表。LUT 是使用 30 个 HDC3020 器件生成的,并在 15°C 至 30°C 之间以 5°C 为增量以及在 10% RH 至 45% RH 之间以 2.5% RH 为增量进行了测试。此处的查找表是在 3.3V 和 5V 条件下生成的,并且全都在全功率设置下运行。所有器件都置于处理室内,并针对每个温度和湿度设定点计算了温升。
