Transconductance amplifiers & laser drivers

Versatile products for a variety of applications

parametric-filterView all products
Our portfolio of transconductance amplifiers and laser drivers comprises products with wide bandwidths and high slew rates, perfect for optical modules, laser drivers, active filters, sample-and-hold circuits and more. With options for pulsed and continuous operation, our high-output-current devices can drive a wide range of output loads.

Drivers for all operation modes

Our new series of integrated voltage-controlled current sources help minimize system complexity and solution size. Through ultra-low packaging inductance, we can deliver an output current drive as high as 2A in a single channel.
