3 说明
LP38690 和 LP38692 低压降互补金属氧化物半导体 (CMOS) 线性稳压器的输出容差很小（典型值为 2.5%）并且压降极低（负载电流为 1A、VOUT = 5V 时为 450mV），通过使用超低等效串联电阻 (ESR) 陶瓷输出电容提供出色的交流性能。
晶圆级小外形无引线 (WSON)、小外形尺寸晶体管 (SOT)-223 以及 TO-252 封装的热阻较低，即使在高温环境中也可实现满电流运行。
P 型金属氧化物半导体 (PMOS) 功率晶体管的使用意味着无需直流基极驱动电流对其进行偏置，因此无论负载电流、输入电压或者运行温度为何，接地引脚电流均可保持在 100μA 以下。
