Overview
D3 Engineering is a product development firm, specializing in embedded design solutions, that leverages DesignCore® Platforms and Solutions to get customers to market quicker with reduced risk. They bring over 20 years of experience developing vision and sensing systems for intelligent autonomous machines. They provide Texas Instruments with customized hardware, software, and artificial intelligence (AI) camera solutions allowing you to take full advantage of the IP on the Jacinto™ processors.
D3 Engineering’s rugged vision platforms (RVP) work with TI’s TDAx processors line and the Processor SDK to enable evaluation of multi-modal sensor solutions for industrial and automotive systems. The rugged TDA ECU development kits support AI, perception, autonomous, robotic, and ADAS applications and provide a platform to accelerate engineering product development.
D3 Engineering’s mmWave radar sensors work with TI’s mmWave SDK and the automotive and industrial toolboxes to enable evaluation of many different sensing algorithms. Their mmWave radar experience includes cascade, firmware, algorithms, antenna design, fusion, and edge radar solutions. They hold additional expertise in integration and fusion of other sensor modalities including visible, LiDAR and IR. They also specialize in optimization in silicon such as Arm, DSP and EVE, hardware and antenna design, software, firmware and algorithms.
D3 Engineering product highlights include:
- ODM camera modules
- RVP development kits
- Automotive and industrial radar starter kits
