Overview

Welcome to the LM5160 Buck Regulator Quick Start Design Tool. This stand-alone tool facilitates and assists the power supply engineer with design of a DC/DC buck regulator based on the LM5160 65V, 1.5A COT Buck Regulator. As such, the user can expeditiously arrive at an optimized design to meet the application requirements.

Features

Determine output filter inductance and input and output filter capacitances
Select components for soft-start, EN/UVLO resistors
Optimize and choose the ripple injection circuit required for your application
Determine the minimum input voltage available for a fixed output and switching frequency
