Overview
The purpose of this reference design is to provide hardware and software tools that can be used as reference for audio systems. The new revision of the PurePath™ Console Motherboard (Rev F) adds stand-alone self-booting capabilities to allow making compelling demos with any evaluation module (EVM) that is compatible with this platform.
Features
- Self-booting audio system with push-button user interface powered by MSP430F5510
- Example MSP430 code and documentation
- On-board TLV320AIC3262 with miniDSP allows pre-processing of audio signal before sending it over to the DUT EVM
- Supports USB, optical and analog audio I/Os
- Modular PurePath console motherboard works with many of our audio EVMs
A fully assembled board has been developed for testing and performance validation only, and is not available for sale.
