Exposure to absolute-maximum-rated conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability.
(2) Power sequence must be followed as stated in the
Power Supply Design section. Failure to follow the required power sequence may result in unwanted voltage on the VA1.8 pin that can exceed the absolute maximum voltage of 2.35 VDC.
(3) Prolonged use at this temperature may increase the device failure-in-time (FIT) rate.
