Note:

The delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter uses the CTSD16. The CTSD16 is proceeded by a unity-gain buffer stage following the channel muxing as shown in Figure 9-2. See Section 8.8.14.1 for the electrical characteristics of the PGA buffer stages.

Section 8.8.11.1 lists the operating conditions of the CTSD16.
