8.3.1.4 RXD

The RXD output is a logic-level signal from the CAN transceiver to the CAN controller. It is referenced to VCC for TCAN3404-Q1 and VIO for TCAN3403-Q1. For TCAN3403-Q1, this pin is only driven once VIO is present.
