8.3.9 Independent VBUS and Data Enable Pins for Configuring both Host and Client/OTG Mode

The TPD3S716-Q1 has two enable inputs to turn on and off the device's internal FETs. The VEN pin disables and enables the VBUS path. The DEN pin disables and enables the data path. Independent control of the VBUS and data paths enables the TPD3S716-Q1 to be configured for both USB Host and Client/OTG mode. See Table 8-1.
